The man asked my mom to get a MoneyPak from CVS in order to "claim her winnings" My mom's caregiver texted and called me in such a professional manner. She explained the situation and assured me that she won't arrange the transportation to CVS that my mom was requesting. It was great to have someone looking out for my mother. Thank you."
